  This adequate, if overpriced, lakeside dining room at Yellowstone's Grant Village has wonderful views, friendly service and decent food. On a recent visit, my family enjoyed a solid meal of Alaskan Sockeye Salmon, Baked Red Bird Chicken and Maple-Pecan Salad. None of the entrees were particularly memorable, but they weren't bad, either. The chocolate Caldera torte we shared for dessert was also pretty good.
  
  The wine and craft beer selection was better than I expected, and there's a tiny lounge off the main entrance where you can grab a drink while waiting for a table. All told, a decent place to grab a meal in America's most spectacular national park.

  We had breakfast buffet everyday at this place. Lovely lake view. A good variety of food selection and drinks: try their orange spices hot tea, you'll be surprised by the presentation.
  I love their home fries (stir fried instead of deep fried), slightly salted. Love the French toast. Breakfast menu is exactly the same pretty much everywhere in the park.

  Options are pretty limited in the park but I would avoid this place if possible. I had the spinach ravioli, breaking a cardinal rule I normally live by not to eat pasta in non-Italian restaurants. I was expecting it to be pretty basic supermarket fare. Instead it was swimming in a super garlicky sauce and lots of random vegetables which didn't really go with it. My husband had the trout which I thought was decent enough but he wasn't a fan. Service was friendly and the view of the lake is lovely.

  Pretty basic fare but the bison bratwurst with apple sauerkraut was really tasty!  It's nice that they have gluten free options.  Also a spectacular view of the lake from the dining room.

  Was visiting Yellowstone with a few friends. We decided to go out to eat one of the nights. We ended up going to this place because we had no service and it was close to our campsite. Oh boy, I wish we would have just gone to the grocery store and picked up some burgers to make at camp. All the food was... Horrible. I'm not one to do bad reviews... But I thought I'd at least try to save a few of you.
  
  I had ordered the mussels and calamari. I felt like they had just poured a bottle of white wine over a bowl of mussels. Most of them were even closed! The calamari was meh. I've definitely had better.
  
  One of my friends had ordered the chicken spinach ravioli... It was watered down sauce with ravioli you could have bought from Walmart.
  
  The other two had the business burgers. Which weren't too bad. The bread just overpowered the bison. There wasn't too much taste to it either.
  Their ranch is also watered down.
